Classicks is a compilation album by Alice Cooper, combining studio material from his Glam period with live recordings of his classics. One of the highlights is the great duet with Soundgarden's Chris Cornell "Stolen Prayer". Other songs from the late-'80s and early-'90s studio recordings are "Poison," "Hey Stoopid," and "House of Fire".

Billy Talent's second album debuted at No. 1 on the Canadian Albums Chart and also reached the first spot in the German chart. Compared to their debut album, which focused mainly on anger, this one is more mellow, dealing with real-life issues, to the praise of fans and critics. The album reached Gold record status the same year, making it the group's third Gold record in one year. Closer To Home was the record that really broke them through to the commercially successful level of Metal masters such as Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath
