Plans is the fifth studio album by Indie Rock band Death Cab for Cutie, originally released August 30, 2005.Plans peaked at number four on the Billboard 200, and received platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album at the 48th Grammy Awards in 2006.

Canadian vocalist James LaBrie is best known as the lead singer of progressive metal band Dream Theater, but has also released five solo albums under various names. In 2010 he released his second solo album Static Impulse, which features a more melodic death metal approach while still keeping the progressive elements from the previous albums.

Cheap Trick at Budokanis the famous best-selling live album by the American rock band Cheap Trick. The louder, roaring versions of such Rick Nielsen classics as "I Want You to Want Me" and "Come On, Come On" connected to a wide audience. The music is terrific and it certainly is interesting to hear all of this the way it was actually performed. Their raw-powered riffage and three-chord structures songs made an impression all over the world

Captain Beefheart's debut album, originally released in 1967, is the most accessible and pop-inflected from his entire catalogue. Still, Safe As Milk is a very strong and heavily blues-influenced work but it also hints on many of the features that would later become the trademarks of Captain Beefheart.
