Името на албума „F.A.M.E.“ е абревиатура от следните четири думи на испански: Fe (вяра), Alma (душа), Música (музика) и Esencia (същност). Албумът е трети студиен проект в дискографията на артиста след суперуспешния „Pretty Boy Dirty Boy“ през 2015 година. „F.A.M.E.“ включва 15 песни и е продуциран от имена като Rude Boyz, Edgar Barrera, Timbaland и Scott Storch.
